I have a Korean credit card which is a master card and I bought a iPhone 14 pro max in the States but my card get declined every time I want to add it to my wallet. what could be the problem?

Contact that credit card company and ask them if they allow adding that card to your wallet. Not all companies do. Also, if you are in the US, or your phone’s Apple ID location is in the US, ask the company if they allow the use of that credit card in another country.
Apple does not offer approval or disapproval for cards being added to the wallet. It is strictly up to the credit card company.
