Website NFC Tag Reader: how to open pre-programmed URL automatically?

Hi Apple Community,

I have mobile apps covered under patent that use the NFC antenna to bump any objects with a HF RFID tag. Question: how can a User set up Safari or any browser running on iPhone/iWatch to immediately open a browser session if the RFID tag is pre-programmed with a URL? Android NFC reader will immediately open the URL browser session. Thank you very much! Walter
