I forgot my scren password on 13promax I did everything acording to the given link to reset passcode regardless of doing that my phone go through all the procedure yet still it get backs to where it was before I am literally mentally drained totally

So you are using a computer to restore to factory settings then the phone screen says try again in 3 hours? Or is the computer saying the download is estimated to be 3 hours?

Per If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support if it’s the computer saying 3 hours to download then “If the download takes more than 15 minutes and your device exits the recovery mode screen, let the download finish, then turn off your iPhone and start again.“

You’re selecting the Restore & Update option, right? Not just the Update option.

If it’s taking 4 hours it sounds like your system can’t handle the restore. You should look at an Apple Store or authorized store appointment instead so they can do it on their system faster.

I spent this huge amount of money to have a good device that will take care of my little problem guess what it just became my biggest problem now and apple don't offer chat support as well how am I supposed to call a US no from Pak I am literally bashing my head everywhere now Never thought I will regret this ever

YOu restore the phone to factory settings using recovery mode as outlined here If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

Its downloading the updates and it takes 4 hours to download it 2nd thing is the download is getting disrupted again and again cause if we lost internet even for a sec it stopped it and had to restart again and again still not able to complete it :(

Base of your original description if you truly were restoring the phone as NEW and not from backup, it wouldn't take you back to the same page, which is why I gave you that link so you can follow it.

Again you restore to factory settings, not update. It clearly states to restore in this link If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support that you follow 6 to 7 times. It doesn't tell you to update,.
