PTA Registration in Pakistan

Hi I have iPhone 14 pro max international version , i bought it from UAE.

My question is, my phone is international version and in legal & regulatory PTA logo is available, so my phone is registered with PTA or should i need registeration? If i need then why this phone showing PTA approved but not works in Pakistan ?
