Moving user profile from current one to new one - same computer

Hello, I used the same profile as my wife for years. However, I am currently starting a business and need to create one or two new profiles. I know how to do that and am wondering if there is an easy way to move files, preferences, setting etc from the combined profile to each different individual profiles? I realize I might just have to copy and paste everything, but was hoping an less time consuming way. Thank you in advance.
