flashing logo screen led me to reset screen. after restart, still flashing logo.

Are you seeing a flashing Folder with Question Mark?
This indicates the Mac cannot locate a startup drive with a bootable macOS version.
Please see: If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support
If the startup drive has failed or become corrupted in some way, you will need to address that.
Boot the Mac in Recovery mode and run the Disk Utility First Aid routines on the startup drive and its volumes.

You must be booted into Recovery mode in order to use Disk Utility First Aid on the startup drive, as any needed repairs cannot be made when booted normally from the startup drive
