After upgrading to 16.4.1, the radio buttons in Safari and other browsers can not be checked to filter content. Any idea as to why?

1.) Close the Safari app: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

2.) Clear your history and cookies: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

3.) Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
