Siri signed me up for an unwanted music trial

Today, I asked Siri to play my new playlist from my library)I thought) and it signed me up for a free Music trial that I do not want and can not cancel! How do I avoid being charged? Do I wait until the trial ends, then cancel. This was pretty sneaky!

There is an Apple article that explains how to cancel subscriptions. Click on the following link: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

or use an internet browser to cancel as described in How to cancel Apple Music - Apple Support

If it just signed you up, try waiting a day.

If the option to cancel a subscription is missing, see the following excerpt from Apple Support article If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Also, a subscription that is already cancelled will typically have wording in fine print similar to "Expires on [date]" rather than "Renews on [date].”

@Foxfith, thank you for this tip, “a subscription that is already cancelled will typically have wording in fine print similar to "Expires on [date]" rather than "Renews on [date].”

My unwanted and unauthorized trial subscription was listed as “Expires on” and it is now on the inactive list with no action on my part. I appreciated your info and knowing this might not be as hard as I expected.
