So I try to delete games it doesn’t work I can’t delete because it says that it is a document but it’s not so I reset it and it still doesn’t work

Hello apple so my iPad doesn’t delete games that I have I reset it I don’t know if it’s updated idk but it doesn’t have the delete button i I’m confused can you help me?
