iPhone 13 Pro- main camera lens repair cost

I’ve cracked the main lens on my phone. I have insurance via my banks current account but the excess is £75. Has anyone had this repaired in an Apple Store and know the cost? I would retract my claim if it’s less than or around the same price (and the insurers return the excess).
