Music display issues

How can I view album artwork in pull down menu in upper right or in the notification center? All I have been seeing is a grey square. I play music via my browser or videos on YouTube and whenever I pull down to view it in those places mentioned earlier, the album artwork or thumbnail is always blank.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks. I’m still very new to my iPad (9th generation) so I may have referred to things incorrectly. Sorry! Haha.

Album artwork will only be seen in the Control Centre for music that is played from the Apple Music App.

When playing media from a website, any artwork provided by the associated service (if any) will only be seen in the browser window.
