If it is of a darker blue, then something is likely needing your attention. So, scroll up and down the screen until you see something you need to click.

What happens if you tap “Games”on both devices?

You say both iPhones are running the same iOS, so that rules out the design being changed between updates.

Perhaps TheLittles has input why this could be?
