Restore trash back

Restored everything that got deleted or in trash

Do you have a backup from the time before you deleted those items?

Restoring from that backup would be the only way to get the data back.

Restore items backed up with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support

On an iPhone you can only restore the complete backup, not only parts of it:
