Just updated my phone per security updates to the new 16.4.1.
As I was attempting to delete all my Junk email folder, I noticed the “SELECT ALL” option was gone. How inconvenient! Grrr! Same with the Delete folder.
Can you PLEASE put this option back?

It does exist on my iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.4.1 on iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.
Yours is a device-specific issue and not related to iOS 16.4.1
I’m not talking about any specific account. I’m saying that when I go into the Apple iPhone email app, and try to delete all my Junk email from the Junk folder, Edit>Delete All, was not an option like it was before. This forced me to select each mail individually. But all of a sudden, it started working again.

Which email account that you are referring to is not clear from your post.
16.4.1: Where did “SELECT ALL” option go for Junk/Delete mail?
