Poor Screen Sensitivity.
Other than a Factory Reset nothing has fixed the poor screen sensitivity on my iPad Air 3 -until I LOCKED SCREEN ROTATION and now it’s fine. If I unlock it the problem returns.
Why? Also I hope this may help others. Thanks.

I would suggest you contact Apple and have them run diagnostics. Sounds as if your screen is failing.
