Apple Watch self-dimming

I have apple watch and I know that there is no solution for this. The brightness of the screen is dimmed by itself although I adjust it to the highest brightness.Apple says that our screen is so bright but I can't see.Just because Apple can't handle the battery issue ,Do I have to suffer from this? I have a quality watch but İts screen is not bright. Many low-priced watched even have brighter screen.I am fed up with that .

If you are using the Always On display function it is designed to change brighness when it detects Wrist Raise. Try using in old style black screen mode to help decide if this is a factor in your dimming.

You should be able to adjust screen brightness in either the iPhone’s Watch app, or the Settings app on your watch. Look for the Display & Brightness settings and push the brightness slider fully to the right.

As a quick guide, on my Series 7 even minimum brightness is adequate in anything except direct full sunlight. If you move the brightness slider to the left and the screen becomes too dim to see in normal room lighting, I think your display might be defective. Contact Apple Support and arrange to get the watch examined by Apple’s techs.
