Podcast App on Mac keeps asking me to sign in even though I enter the correct eMail and password

I recently changed my Apple-ID password. Now when I open the Apple Podcasts App on my Mac I get prompted to enter sign-in. I enter the correct username and password (I'm 100% certain it's correct, it works for other sign ins) and immediately the window pops back up as if I had never signed in. I tried signing out on my other apple devices and signing back in but that doesn't solve the problem. I'm on the newest version of macOS as of posting this issue.

If anybody knows what to do please help, its very obnoxious!
