If you're attempting to access an iCloud Drive and your credentials are not working, the first step will be to confirm you're using the correct account. If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number covers places to look to double-check that you're using the right Apple ID. If the password is the issue, follow If you forgot your Apple ID password instead.
If those do not help, additional information from you would be necessary to offer further suggestions. Are you getting an error message during those attempts? Are you able to sign in to any other Apple sites with the combination that you're using? Can you access the device you believe is being synced with iCloud Drive?
