I let my brother use FCPX when I was away for a week, I have come home to these details stored in the export settings.
They come up every time when I export a video, how on earth do I change them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you want to do is go through the section of the FCP User Guide that covers sharing attributes.
In the FCP help menu, paste this in the search box: "Change metadata for shared items in Final Cut Pro". The Help window should open to that section in the User Guide (or you could go to page 783 if you have the PDF file of the User Guide).
The attribute variables (items in blue) were likely replaced by static text values...

Select the project in the browser. In the inspector click on the Share looks like a spray of the arrows. That’s the attributes for naming and tagging the project.
No, it doesn't. That's the export window.

The issue is not how to edit the info there, I want to stop it loading the random info shown in the screenshot that is PRELOADED for every video. Where do I edit the preloaded info?
aaaarrrghh, problem NOT solved, new project and each imported video has the same info as my original post in the attributes. There appears to be a setting somewhere that is enabled, but I just cant find it. Bizarrely, the export attributes section is blank....
What does your attributes inspector look like? Mine looks like this:

That’sa clip. Is that what you want to export? Make a new project and show the swings m settings for it. You can change it to the default settings you see in Terry’s screenshot.
This is probably easier as you can see what I am experiencing, rather than trying to describe things in text format.

Try posting your video to youtube or vimeo and then post the link here. These are deemed acceptable.
I tried to post a video from Loom, which is exactly the same thing?!
I don't have a Youtube or Vimeo account.... Oh well.
