How to turn back on Bluetooth on my iMac

I recently was having trouble with my wireless mouse and one of the troubleshooting techniques was to turn Bluetooth off then back on.

After disabling the Bluetooth mouse, I was not able to turn it back on.

Now my keyboard is not functioning as well. It’s all related to the Bluetooth. I watched endless videos on troubleshooting and with no luck.

How do I get the keyboard keys working again. Half the letters are not operating.

I had to buy a mouse with chord to get the mouse operating again.

Hello TarCrystalline,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

If you're having trouble with pairing your mouse and keyboard to your Mac, the steps in here may be able to help: If you can't connect your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad to your Mac - Apple Support

If not, could you please confirm if you're able to pair any other bluetooth devices to your Mac?

Testing that can help narrow down what may be happening and what options you have.

Cheers!
