Hope this helps those with fringe model iPhone updates.
Perhaps to try for iOS 15.7.5 instead, as that should be supported
by an iPhone 7 Plus. ~You may require use of a computer PC/Mac
& a cable, for that to happen. An older computer with windows, or
older MacOS uses iTunes; later than Catalina, uses Finder.
Have you tried to get the download, to an iPhone from WiFi, with
the phone on charger and try the built-in system updates?
..If not, then it's first in line to attempt..
Otherwise, someone would have to be
certain you get detailed instructions.
