iPhone SE 3rd generation(2022) supports up to 20W charging via Power Delivery. To use it fully you need a MFI certified USB Type-C to Lighting cable and power adapter(power bank) which will support PD 20W. Often on power bank you can find only Voltage and Amperage. It should be something like 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A or little higher.
