The delay, particularly with credit cards, is down to the card company, not Apple, and is experienced with other sellers' refunds.

Sì, dalla schermata che hai allegato, il rimborso appare riconosciuto ed effettuato.
Come ti ha già correttamente informato il collega Roger, leggi la sezione "Quando riceverò il rimborso?" in questo articolo ** supporto:--> Verificare lo stato ** un rimborso per app o contenuti acquistati da Apple

Yes, from the screenshot you have attached, the refund appears recognized and made.
