Incoming calls
Why is it that when someone calls it tells them I am busy or it rings and then drops the call and my phone is not on dnd or airplane mode how do I fix this issue
Is everyone who calls you experiencing this? Or just some people? Does it happen no matter where you are? Or only if you are in certain places?
If everyone who calls you is experiencing this no matter where you are, it's probably a carrier issue. Contact your carrier.
If it only happens in certain places, you may not have a good cellular signal there. Contact your carrier to see if WiFi calling is an option.

If it's only happening to certain people, it may be a problem with their carrier. Tell the caller to contact their carrier.
