Since updating to Ventura, I have experienced these green rectangles that pop out at random times. The green rectangles will outline a space where I would respond. This is happening in Chrome. And, when I hit TAB or space bar, it will cause my cursor to jump to a different page.
Any ideas? I am slowly losing my mind over this. :o)

Try disabling "Full Keyboard Access" in System Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
