Retrieving files with attachment from 2018 from my Gmail account

Hi, I'm trying to retrieve all of my attachment files from 2018 in my email. When I went into my file it says I have no files on iCloud. Can you help me retrieve all my email documents attached in 2018 please?

How can I delete files from iCloud without removing them from my MacBook Pro? I think this should be a really simple procedure, but everything I've seen so far doesn't help. I have files saved to my MacBook Pro. These have also been saved to iCloud. All I need is to access a list of iCloud files, delete some items from iCloud, but NOT from my MacBook. I have test-deleted a couple of files from iCloud, but that deletes the local files too! You see, I don't need an iCloud back-up of my photos or writing or book collection database. I DO want my Calendar, Contacts, Messages on iCloud, so I can access them on different devices. Anyone with any clear procedure I can try? I'd REALLY appreciate it. M. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple Script to remove attachments from emails in Apple Mail Hello, To trim down my iCloud Storage, I'm looking for an Apple Mail script to remove all attachments from messages older than 5 years. While keeping the messages themselves for reference. Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest that you log into your Gmail account through a web browser and search that way.
