To clarify, did you delete your old Apple ID or did you otherwise change it to something else? This'll be important to know as, if deleted, you can no longer make changes to that ID.
If you didn't delete the Apple ID and just don't recall it or otherwise changed it to a different email, then you can try recovering the password through the steps found at If you forget your Apple ID or password - Apple Support. There are options for both the password and if you forgot what the Apple ID itself was.
If the Apple ID was deleted entirely and is gone, then you can review the options at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support. You'll want to follow the steps at the bottom of the article for "Start a support request".
