How can i pair my new phone with my watch if my old phone is not with me and iwatch is locked. I can not tap the settings

Then you can set up the watch with your new iPhone.

This soluon, is asking for to tap settings in watch and erase the watch, however my watch is locked and can not be unlocked until the old phone is nearby so main problem is unlock the watch
