My iPhone 8 is not available because I tried to put in the password many times and it was wrong.
I searched the internet for ways to unlock the phone and they all didn't work.
Also, the phone is not connected to the Internet (in flight mode).
The phone contains important files and photos that are very important to me.

The instructions will work......have done this many times.....but you do need to have an Internet connection present.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
Hopefully, you do have a current backup of the phone to use to restore the phone after it has been reset / erased.
If you cannot meet the requirements, you will need to make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop.

You have to complete the Restore process first to get the phone back to factory default settings and then get the phone set up again.
The phone will display the "hello" screen and you need to proceed with the set up. During the set up you will have the option to restore the phone from a backup.
Once that is all done, iTunes will give you the option to Back Up the phone to iCloud or to the computer.
