How to add EBT (food stamps) card to Apple Pay?

What state are you in?

I couldn't find any section for adding my EBT card to my Apple Wallet so I don't know whether my state is one of those that do allow me to use it that way but I thank you for taking the time to respond to my inquiries regarding the issue

This kinda stinks that they won't allow someone to add an EBT card to their Apple Wallet I know that I have already been able to add my OTC card to My Wallet and that's almost like an EBT card in the sense that it is neither a debit nor credit card it's a card that is issued by my Health insurance and they put so much on it each month I mean it would be a great convenience for anyone who has an EBT card and Apple Wallet I personally have both and it would be sooooo much easier for me nor having to drag out the wallet and take out my cards

EBT programs are funded by the federal government, but run by the state. Some states allow their EBT cards to be added to Apple Wallet and some don’t. It’s entirely up to each state.

Sorry, New York does not currently support Apple Wallet.
