IPHONE13 FRAME COLOR FADING

Hi ,

I have buyed an iphone 13 blue and i have been using from last 5months but i have never expected from apple for this quality since apple always provide quality to customer , meanwhile apple is so failure for better quality . my phone colour started fading so quickly for no reason, i request apple not to launched such product on market if their product has manufracturing defect they should completely follow this up while bringing us customer , anyway i am planning to file case to India consumer court for such defects (The 2019 Act, under Section 2(36),) and no losses for customer.

i hope apple support truly contact me in so far this time and help me in this case .
