Image Breaking Up/Freezing/Becoming Like A Fractal

I just recently downloaded the Apple TV app and have Apple TV+. I’ve been trying to watch the first episode of season 2 of Ted Lasso. Whenever I do the image will start to freeze while the audio continues and then it will work again momentarily and then it might do the same thing but this time other images will come in behind it like a background later that’s moving, etc etc. I’ve tried resetting the App and the TV system and it still does it. It’s always in the places and it’s always the same type of distortion. I tried a different show and I got the same type of problem. What’s the deal? As a note, I have an Android-based TV.
