Log in to iCloud

I can't log in to iCloud (app) with my Apple ID from my desktop PC, which I can do without problems from my laptop PC, the error I get is a small window with a red X.

We'd like to share some guidance to help you with your sign in issue. We would recommend starting with the path in If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support and if this is isolated to Windows and not any other devices, you will want to make sure you have the Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support as this will ensure this is not a network related issue. If you continue to have this issue, you may want to seek Microsoft support to see if there is any setting or security option setup that could be causing a conflict. We hope this helps you with some ideas to move towards a solution.
