In iPhone 12 Wi-Fi calling is not working after updating to iOS 16.4.1. Even after doing all the troubleshooting procedures available in Apple official website. Please resolve the issue and suggest something.

Just have the same issues and solved by doing: Disable WiFi , and make sure your GSM Cell Data is Enabled, then go to Wifi Calling (under your eSim) or your SIM , then Choose Enable WiFi Calling. If it is enabled already, then disable it & re-Enable it again. WiFi calling must send the signal back to GSM operator to acknowledge that WiFi Calling is active. WiFi data only never make this to work.
Then it's likely an issue in Airtel's configuration for your device; give them a call and see if they can straighten it out.
I had the same problem. I reentered all my emergency contact info in the prompt manual ( it was auto entered when the prompt came up) and it fixed it. Now my Wi-Fi calling stays on.
