3) Look for the Cancel send button in the Inbox or mailbox list. If Cancel Send is available, the message has not been sent
4) I see that you have an iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 16. Make sure that when you exit the app, do not press the "Cancel Send" button at the bottom
5) Open the list of mailboxes in Mail and verify that there is no "Outbox" box. If there is, check that the emails in that box have the correct recipient or are not too heavy. After doing this send again.
