IOS 13 Clock App issues

Hello, I have my phone set to Silent Mode all the time and I have the loudest Ringtone and Alert volume set with the Change with Buttons turned OFF. I have restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app and I continue to have my numerous alarms throughout the day change volume. And it’s not the same alarm every time it has been unpredictable as far as I can tell. Anyone else experiencing this issue or have a resolution? I am very dependent on alarms to remind to do things and this has been a huge disruption. Thank you for any advice or insight.

Hey AmbroseArchibald,


If you haven't already, check to see if "Attention Aware Features" is enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention. This feature will lower alarm sounds from the Clock app if you are looking at your iPhone.


If that settings isn't the issue, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly. They'll have the tools to investigate closer: Get Support

It sounds like you are having issues with the volume of different alarms on your iPhone, and we'd like to help.


We are not clear about what you are trying to accomplish, as you have the iPhone set to Silent Mode. Do you want to hear the alarms or just get a vibration?


Has your iPhone 13 been updated to iOS 16.4.1?


Try updating your iPhone first and let us know if the issue persists.

Hello,

To clarify the alarm portion of the clock app is what I’m having issues with the volume changing. This app specifically: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/clock/id1584215688


My phone is on 16.4.1.

My iPhones have always been on silent and the alarms on the above Clock app have always worked. As of recent, after the phone update, the Alarms of the clock app don’t work or they mute themselves. Hope this better explains
