how ca I remove an Apple ID from AirPods Pro 2?

I found the AirPods with out the case. Bought the case and are working perfectly fine, but I can’t use my Find option on them. The notification said “they are mismatch”. AirPods are link to another Apple ID.

Remove AirPods from iCloud account I recently sold my old AirPods, and I thought I did everything right when I removed them in Find My. But something went wrong, and the new owner gets the message that they still are connected to my iCloud account. However, I can’t even see them in the device list in Find My anymore. How can I remove them remotely from my iCloud account?
