New PC, Cloned Drive, iTunes won't launch

I recently reinstalled iTunes on a new PC, which I cloned the old PC's drives to use on this one. iTunes won't launch unless I plug in a flashdrive with the old library's path. On the old PC, I had two drives and had the iTunes install on the D:\ drive. Now I only have one drive and was able to update the iTunes library to the C:\, but iTunes still fails to launch unless I have the flashdrive on. I checked all registries in Windows and can't see anything pointing to the old hard drive. Thanks for any input

Windows, Windows 10

No luck, right when I reinserted my flash drive, it iTunes successfully launched. My library is on my C:\ drive, but the two folders that get put on my D:\ drive are 'Logs' and 'Preferences', which is why I believed this was a registry or environment variable issue.
