That depends on the type of refund. If it was a refund from a physical or online store using Apple Pay, contact them directly to find out.
If you mean a purchase using your Apple ID in the iTunes , App or Book Stores, or an in-app purchase and you request a refund from Apple, it can take up to 30 days for your bank or card issuer to process once Apple approves the refund.
