Does anyone know why I am getting this message👇🏾 yet i have the same apple ID on all my devices??

Sign out of FaceTime and Messages on all of your devices. Then, sign back in on your iPhone. Once everything is activated, sign back in on your other devices. Then, go back to your iPhone. Go to Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices>Allow Calls on Other Devices>On. Then select the other devices.
