Kernel Panic - CPU 3 caller - Thread Crash

My 2015 Imac has a fresh OS install but it will crash and a black screen with a flashing question mark folder appears. When i restart the machine, it will reboot back in to the OS and will run fine, until it eventually crashes again. The errors i have had are:

panic(cpu 3 caller 0xffffff801449a03e):

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff8005a9a03e):

The full reports are below. (Note: There are no additional peripherals attached to the Imac. I have reset the SMC and NVRAM, and have swapped out the memory, with known working modules)

Could this be the hard drive causing the thread crashes? Can anyone decipher any of what is noted in the reports? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Start with this if M1, M2, or M3 Mac...

On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.

Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.

Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.

Select a volume.

Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.

The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

Does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Delete this file & restart...

/Library/LaunchAgents/com.microsoft.OneDriveStandaloneUpdater.plist

Thanks for the reply!

No need to restart in safe mode. This problem only occurs once in a while. So I can't quite test it.

But I will try to delete the onedrive plist as you said.

Do you think it has something to do with onedrive? Not hardware related? I also got a message yesterday a USB 3 attached accesoiry used to much power, but couldn't find which one.
