This setting is available on the Apple TV app and also the TV iOS app, but not on the desktop app.
Currently it's impossible to watch replays on my Macbook without knowing the score :(

Please let Apple know what you would like to see different in a future software version.
I would like the ability to hide the final score of past sports games in the Mac desktop app. It's possible in the Apple TV app and in the iOS but not in the Mac desktop app.
