If you’re setting up a new iPad, you can use these steps to transfer everything from the old one to the new one: Set up your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support Just make sure you’re using the same Apple ID you used to subscribe to Apple Music.
If you just want to add your Apple Music subscription to another iPad you own, make sure that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe to Apple Music. Also, make sure Sync Library is turned on: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support
