Requesting a refund

Hello There,

I was trying to purchase the storage of 50GB and i got a pop up to pay the subscription fee and i did the in the storage buying option it got refreshed and stated as something went wrong unable to purchase where the amount was already sent. I need that refund back since i didn’t got the storage of 50GB

Asking for refund I have upgrade my cloud space to 100GB and initiated auto debit facility and Rs. 177 has been debited from bank account on 2nd Feb'24 but not yet upgrade the storage space. Today i have add balance in my wallet and upgrade to 50GB storage plant... Therefore you are requested to refund my amount of Rs. 177 at the earliest....
