Double charged

Hi.. i realize that I’ve been double charged on the same day purchase for years now. I’ve checked my history purchases and its been a years, double charged me. I played ‘candy crush’ game that sometimes this game had 1 time offer only in one day, but the apple itunes always double charged me on that 1 day, which i know that i only bought 1xtime offer. Unfortunately, i never paiy attention, but then i checked they did it all the time. How am i fix this?? Now im worry to buy from itunes anymore. How to ask the refund from years ago, it is quite lots money. And in my family only me the one that play candy crush, my kids already big as and they dont play this game at all. Please let me know how to solve the proble. Thank you in advance

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.


Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

 

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.
