I want to update my iPhone 6 to a new software update 13.0 to 14.5

iOS 12.5.6 is the newest OS the iPhone 6 can be upgraded to.

There is no upgrade path beyond that.

If you wish to run a newer iOS version then you will need to buy a newer iPhone.
