iPhone glitch entering passcode wrong

Occasionally, when I try to unlock my iPhoneX iOS 16.3.1, My phone undergoes, a funky spasm, where it is acting like a keyboard smash on the passcode without me touching anything. This will automatically lock out my phone. It is acting like something is randomly hitting the numbers for the pass code, but I’m not touching the screen.

Has anyone else experienced this glitch?

Is there any way to stop an iPhone from locking you out after so many incorrect passcodes?

There is no way to stop the iPhone from locking the user out when several incorrect passcode attempts have been made. This is a security feature.

There is no glitch in your iPhone. It sounds like your iPhone has a failing display and touch screen. Have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
