iPhone 14 Pro feature dynamic island flaw

I have bought the latest Apple IPhone 14 Pro and I dislike having the constant display of the black feature on the screen. Seems like a disadvantage of a black hole (bubble) that blocks the display. Let me know if there is an ability to have a normal full screen watching television or reading a book.
