It can rarely happen that the iPhone presents a software problem like this. Typically users solve with two solutions.
The first is to make a forced reboot, which with your phone is done this way:
Press and release the Volume Up button quickly
Quickly press and release the Volume Down button
Long press the Side Button (power) until the Apple logo appears
If you haven’t managed to fix it, try updating or restoring your phone from a computer. To do this, connect your iPhone to a Mac or PC with iTunes. The procedures are different:
