My move streak is wrong

On Friday my move streak was 1,129 days after Saturday’s run the Activity app reported my move streak as 35 days. How do I fix this ?

On a whim, I closed all apps on my iPhone and powered it down, then shutdown my Apple Watch 8. Powered up the iPhone first then the Apple Watch. It took the watch a while to synchronize, about 5-7 minutes, but my move streak is back !!
